Gladden Longevity

Gladden Longevity is a membership-only longevity clinic at 200 O'Connor Ridge Blvd, Suite 100, in Irving, Texas, just off Highway 114 and under 15 minutes from Dallas-Fort Worth airport. The clinic says it also sees clients who travel in from elsewhere in the United States and abroad.

There is no pay-per-visit option and no published price list. A first enquiry goes through a scheduled call rather than an online booking form. Membership comes in three tiers: Vitality runs six months, Optimization runs twelve, and VIP runs twelve and is capped at eight clients a year. Each tier bundles a set number of medical, nutrition and fitness consultations around a two or three day launch visit at the clinic, six of each on Vitality and twelve medical consultations on the two longer tiers.

Founder Dr Jeffrey Gladden is an interventional cardiologist, a heart doctor who clears blocked arteries using instruments threaded through a blood vessel. He co-founded The Heart Hospital Baylor Plano in 2004.

The clinic lists more than twenty services. Among them:

• DEXA scans, a low-dose X-ray that measures bone density and body fat
• biological age testing and genetic testing
• hormone replacement therapy, plus prescriptions where the clinic's doctors judge them appropriate
• blood-filtering treatments the clinic calls plasmapheresis and EBOO
• hyperbaric oxygen, breathing oxygen inside a pressurised chamber

Every office visit also includes a standard set of readings: blood oxygen, blood pressure and artery stiffness, nervous-system balance, an antioxidant level, and what the clinic calls a quantum energy field assessment.

Opening hours are Monday to Thursday, 8.30am to 4pm, and Friday, 8am to 2pm.
