About AYUN

AYUN is a walk-in longevity clinic at Uraniastrasse 18 in central Zurich, built around one-day health check-ups that start at 2,499 CHF.

It sits about five minutes from the main station, in a space the clinic gives as more than 500 square metres. What it sells is a round of testing rather than ongoing primary care, and the clinic says the on-site part takes roughly five hours.

There are three check-up tiers:

  • Essential, 2,499 CHF: a 60-minute doctor consultation, 19 blood markers, a genetic panel covering metabolism, inflammation and nutrient absorption, body composition and a fitness test
  • Complete, 5,299 CHF: everything in the Essential, with the blood panel widened to 63 markers, ten days wearing a continuous glucose monitor, a small sensor that tracks blood sugar through ordinary meals and nights, and tests of flexibility, balance and reaction time
  • Extended, 7,299 CHF: everything in the Complete, with the blood panel widened to 70 markers, a mitochondrial function test (mitochondria are the parts of a cell that turn food into usable energy), a week of heart-rate variability monitoring and a gut microbiome analysis

Body composition is measured by DEXA, a dual-energy X-ray scan that separates fat, muscle and bone instead of giving one number on a scale. Fitness is measured as VO2 max, the most oxygen your body can use while exercising hard, in a test the clinic puts at 45 minutes. The DNA analysis is epigenetic, meaning it reads the chemical switches that turn genes on and off, and AYUN applies it to fat metabolism, B-vitamin processing and detoxification.

Every tier ends with a written report and a long sit-down to go through it: 90 minutes with a doctor, or 120 on the Extended tier. The two upper tiers add separate nutrition and sports-science consultations.

AYUN sells treatments outside the check-ups too. It offers hyperbaric oxygen therapy, which means breathing oxygen at raised pressure inside a chamber; IHHT, which alternates low-oxygen and high-oxygen air to imitate altitudes of 2,500 to 6,000 metres; and red light therapy. Its site says cryotherapy, contrast therapy and Exercube stopped being sold as standalone treatments on 7 July 2026.

There is a separate women's health track. The clinic says parts of what it sells may be partly reimbursed by Swiss supplementary insurance, and that payment can be spread over 12 months. It is open 8am to 6pm on weekdays, Saturdays by appointment.
