Longevity Center Vienna

Longevity Center Vienna is a private centre at Wipplingerstrasse 23 in the city's 1st district that publishes a price for almost everything on its menu. Dr med univ Johannes Zeibig, a general medicine specialist who also works in sports physiology, leads the medical side.

Most of it is bought session by session:

• whole-body cryotherapy, a few minutes in a chamber cooled well below freezing, from 49 euros, or 79 with red light added
• hyperbaric oxygen, breathing oxygen inside a pressurised cabin, from 289 euros
• IHHT, a masked session alternating low- and high-oxygen air, from 129 euros
• lymphatic drainage from 59 euros, and a Human Regenerator device session from 249

Packages run 99 to 499 euros, and an Unlimited membership starts at 300.

Infusions are ordered by a doctor after a consultation and a blood test. NAD+ drips, a coenzyme put into a vein, cost 349 euros for 250 mg rising to 599 for 750 mg, with high-dose vitamin C and glutathione between 149 and 229. Blocks of five or ten are discounted.

The performance testing is unusually detailed, run across the street at number 21. Measuring the gases you breathe during graded exercise produces VO2 max, the most oxygen your body can use while working hard, and sets training zones: 550 euros, or 880 with written training advice.

Root-cause testing across blood, stool, saliva, heavy metals and chronic infections is the one thing quoted on request. Brain mapping starts at 2,000 euros. It opens seven days a week.
