About Fountain Life - New York

Fountain Life's New York centre is in White Plains, Westchester County, not in Manhattan. The address is 4 Westchester Park Drive. Fountain Life's locations page now lists four open centres - White Plains, Dallas, Orlando and Naples - and marks Miami, Houston and Los Angeles as coming soon.

You buy an annual membership rather than a single appointment. The company lists three tiers, CORE, APEX and APEX Family, and the sequence is the same for each: a discovery call, a consultation with a care team, a round of testing, then a personalised plan that is refreshed every year.

How much testing you get depends on the tier. Fountain Life's own membership comparison lists 27 diagnostics, among them:

  • whole-body and brain MRI scans
  • DEXA, a scan that measures bone density, muscle and fat
  • a blood panel covering more than 100 markers
  • coronary CT angiography, imaging that looks for plaque in the arteries of the heart
  • an epigenetic biological age test
  • VO2 max, the most oxygen your body can use while exercising hard

The company also lists treatments rather than tests, including therapeutic plasma exchange and ultrasound-guided orthopaedic injections. It says its Restorative Biologics programme runs only at the Naples centre, only for APEX members, and that the therapy is not FDA approved.

No prices appear on the site. Membership is required, and our directory records this location in the highest price band.
