Fountain Life's Dallas centre is at 5762 Grandscape Blvd in The Colony, north of the city. Access is by annual membership in one of three tiers the company calls CORE, APEX and APEX Family, and a first enquiry goes through a scheduled call rather than an online booking form.

Fountain Life publishes a catalogue of 27 diagnostics for its centres and states how much of it each tier covers: 8 of 27 on CORE, 24 of 27 on APEX and 3 of 27 on APEX Family. The catalogue includes:

  • whole-body and brain MRI, a scan that builds detailed pictures of the body without X-rays
  • a DEXA scan, which measures bone density and how much of the body is muscle rather than fat
  • a blood panel of more than 100 markers, plus whole genome sequencing
  • coronary CT angiography, an X-ray scan that looks for plaque inside the heart's arteries, and a low-dose lung CT
  • VO2 max testing, which measures the most oxygen a person can use while exercising hard
  • an epigenetic test that estimates biological age

A membership year runs from a discovery call and consultation, through a testing visit, to a written plan and regular check-ins, with the tests repeated each year.

Two things to raise on the call. Fountain Life does not publish that catalogue centre by centre, so ask what is done on site in The Colony. No prices appear on its website; membership is quoted after a private consultation.
