About Fountain Life - Orlando

Fountain Life - Orlando is a membership-only longevity centre at 6424 Alexandra Louise Drive, Orlando, founded in 2020. Access is sold by the year, not by the appointment.

A membership year runs to a fixed sequence: a consultation, a day of diagnostics, then a written plan and access to the company's Zori AI tool. The testing repeats at renewal.

Fountain Life sells three tiers, CORE, APEX and APEX Family, and publishes how much of its catalogue each covers: 8 of 27 diagnostics on CORE, 24 of 27 on APEX and 3 of 27 on APEX Family.

The catalogue Fountain Life publishes for its centres includes:

  • whole-body and brain MRI, coronary CT angiography and a low-dose lung CT, all read with AI software
  • a DEXA scan, a low-dose X-ray that measures bone density and how much of you is muscle rather than fat
  • a blood panel covering more than 100 markers, plus whole genome sequencing
  • VO2 max testing, the most oxygen your body can use while exercising hard
  • epigenetic biological age, continuous glucose monitoring and a blood test that screens for over 50 cancers

Two things to check on a call. Fountain Life does not break that list down centre by centre, so ask what is done on site in Orlando. Its restorative biologics are offered only at the Naples centre, where its own site notes the therapy is not FDA approved.

No prices appear anywhere on Fountain Life's site. Membership is quoted by phone after a private consultation.
