Next Health - Nashville The Gulch

Next Health's Gulch clinic is at 616 8th Ave South, in the Paseo at The Gulch, one of the company's two Nashville sites alongside Green Hills. It opens 9am to 7pm on weekdays and 10am to 5pm on Saturdays, and closes on Sundays. There is no car park on site, and the clinic points visitors to a garage across Fogg Street.

Memberships are sold, and the site says most services can also be booked as a walk-in. The menu is priced on the clinic's own site, which is unusual in this directory. It lists:

• NAD+ therapy, USD $299 for about 30 minutes. NAD+ is a coenzyme, a helper molecule cells use to release energy from food. A 100mg dose can instead be added to another drip for $189, up to three doses
• wellness IV drips at $299 for 30 minutes, a plain hydration drip at $199, and vitamin injections at $59
• a starter blood panel reading more than 50 markers at $399, and the Galleri blood test at $1,499, which the company says detects more than 70 cancers
• cryotherapy, a few minutes in very cold air, plus an infrared sauna and an LED bed
• hyperbaric oxygen therapy, meaning oxygen breathed inside a pressurised chamber
• EBOO, which the site spells out as extracorporeal blood oxygenation and ozonation, and therapeutic plasma exchange, a procedure that swaps out the liquid part of the blood
• an executive physical

Hormone and weight optimisation run as programmes written by the clinic's own medical providers. Both are prescription decisions made with a doctor, so that is the thing to press on. Aesthetics shares the menu: wrinkle relaxers, dermal fillers, biostimulators, lasers, chemical peels, and microneedling using platelets taken from the patient's own blood.
