Fountain Life - Naples

Fountain Life, founded in 2020, runs its Naples centre at 1000 Immokalee Rd on the north side of the city. The group also has centres in Dallas, Orlando, Houston and White Plains, New York.

You join by annual membership rather than booking a single visit, and the tier decides how much testing is covered. Fountain Life lists 27 diagnostic tests in total: the CORE membership covers 8 of them, APEX covers 24, and the family tier covers 3. The rest are bought separately.

Tests the group names include:

• a whole-body and brain MRI, which builds detailed images without using X-rays
• a DEXA scan, a low-dose X-ray measuring bone density and how much of the body is muscle rather than fat
• a blood panel the clinic says covers more than 100 markers
• a CT scan of the heart's arteries, plus a trace of the heart's electrical rhythm
• VO2 max testing, the most oxygen your body can use while exercising hard
• a continuous glucose monitor, a small skin sensor that tracks blood sugar without finger pricks
• an epigenetic biological age test, which reads chemical tags on DNA rather than counting birthdays

Results go into a written plan and an app the group calls Zori, followed by check-ins through the year and a repeat round of testing when the membership renews. There is also an executive health package aimed at companies.
