VYTA Longevity

VYTA Longevity is a private preventative-medicine centre in Abano Terme, near Padua, founded by Dr Umberto Carraro, who is also its medical director.

It sells structured multi-day pathways rather than single appointments. VYTA BALANCE runs three days from EUR 844 per day; VYTA REVIVE and VYTA AGE 360 run seven days from EUR 860 and EUR 970 per day, accommodation included. Each combines a preventative medical examination and an ECG with heart-rate-variability testing, a VO2 max test of aerobic capacity, bioimpedance body composition, an epigenetic test and an AGE Reader estimating biological age, then adds intravenous infusions and whole-body cryotherapy at minus 90 degrees Celsius for three to five minutes a session.

Shorter options are priced openly: medical check-ups from EUR 190 up to EUR 1,665 for the CHECK-UP TOTAL, blood panels from EUR 18, and infusions from EUR 200. The infusion menu lists eleven protocols, among them NAD+, glutathione, high-dose vitamin C, coenzyme Q10 and spermidine.

The team page names more than 20 professionals, including cardiologists, an immunologist, an oncologist, a psychiatrist and nutritionists. There are further sites in Milan and Rome. The website is published in Italian only.
