About Longevia

Longevia is a private longevity clinic on Via Barberini in central Rome, built around a branded three-phase programme, the Longevia Protocol.

Phase one is a Check-up 360, a single appointment of about one hour and 45 minutes bundling genetic testing, blood work, an oxidative stress assessment (a measure of chemical wear on cells), ultrasound, bioimpedance body composition analysis (a small electrical current used to estimate fat and muscle), a sleep study, a rhinomanometry test of nasal airflow, and a postural and osteopathic exam. The clinic says results are written up 30 to 40 days later and explained in a follow-up consultation.

Phases two and three cover treatment and monitoring: intravenous drips including NAD (nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide, a molecule involved in cell metabolism), a whole-body cryotherapy chamber run at minus 87 degrees for three-minute sessions, ozone therapy, carboxytherapy, and regenerative injections such as PRP (platelet-rich plasma, prepared from the patient's own blood). A separate protocol addresses tinnitus and neuroinflammation.

Prices appear for individual treatments only - cryotherapy at 150 euros a session, intravenous therapy from 200 euros - not for the check-up. The medical board names seven specialists, including a university geneticist and a cardiologist. Booking runs through Doctolib; no membership is required.
