My Concierge MD

My Concierge MD is a membership practice in Beverly Hills led by David Nazarian, a doctor board certified in internal medicine. The office is on Wilshire Boulevard, and the practice combines everyday primary care with a longevity programme, so members can use it as their regular doctor as well as for preventive work.

The concierge side covers primary care, house calls, telemedicine, same-day visits and travel vaccinations. The preventive side starts with an executive physical and laboratory blood work, and extends to biological age testing, telomere testing, which measures the protective caps on the ends of chromosomes, and whole genome sequencing, a read of a person's full DNA.

Diagnostics on offer include cardiac and vascular testing, ultrasound, pulmonary function testing, and sleep studies with assessment for sleep apnoea. Treatment programmes listed are hormone optimisation for men and women, peptide therapy, medically supervised weight loss using GLP-1 medicines, which are drugs that slow digestion and reduce appetite, and shockwave therapy.

The practice also offers infusions given into a vein, among them vitamin drips and NAD, a molecule cells use to release energy, along with therapeutic plasma exchange, exosome therapy and stem cell therapy. Aesthetic treatments such as injectables and chemical peels sit alongside the medical services.
