Tamina Health at Grand Resort Bad Ragaz

About Tamina Health at Grand Resort Bad Ragaz
Tamina Health is the medical centre inside Grand Resort Bad Ragaz, a five-star clinic-hotel in eastern Switzerland built around the town's thermal spring, and it sells residential health programmes rather than single appointments.
The flagship is a Longevity programme in three lengths: 7 nights at CHF 9,900, 10 nights at CHF 12,900 and 14 nights at CHF 15,900, per person and excluding the room. What is included is set out in unusual detail: spiroergometry with VO2max (a bike or treadmill test measuring how much oxygen the body uses at peak effort), a DXA scan (a low-dose X-ray separating fat, muscle and bone), resting ECG and blood-oxygen readings, functional movement screening, laboratory blood panels, continuous glucose monitoring on request, WatchPAT sleep testing, hyperbaric oxygen therapy, heart-rate variability measurement, personal training, physiotherapy and a written medical report at the end.
Shorter programmes are listed too: a 3-night Health Check-Up at CHF 4,900, plus Detox from CHF 7,700, Weight Loss from CHF 6,400 and Recharge from CHF 1,250.
Three staff physicians are named, led by Dr Alexandra Dopplinger, alongside external specialists in dermatology, sleep, psychiatry, radiology and vascular medicine. The resort also houses a Swiss Olympic Medical Center.
