VivaGen Life Sciences
Membership longevity programmes on Avenue Road

About VivaGen Life Sciences
VivaGen Life Sciences is a longevity clinic at 199 Avenue Rd. in Toronto. It works on a membership model with three programmes: Foundation, which runs six months, and Performance and Olympian, which both run twelve. All three are built around the same core measurements. The clinic tests VO2 max, the amount of oxygen the body uses at full effort; it fits a continuous glucose monitor, a small sensor worn on the arm that tracks blood sugar through the day; and it offers biological age testing, which it describes as covering telomere length, DNA methylation and pace-of-ageing scores. The two longer programmes repeat those tests more often, and the Olympian programme adds a supplement starter pack and an IV therapy session. Alongside the memberships the clinic runs shorter add-on programmes aimed at particular areas, including detoxification, brain health, gut health, cardiovascular health and men's health, plus an in-house intravenous infusion menu with brain, immune, glutathione and recovery formulations. Peptide treatments and hormone work are also offered. VivaGen describes its approach as functional medicine, meaning it looks for underlying causes rather than treating symptoms alone. The medical director and founder is Dr. Tim Cook, an internal medicine specialist. The clinic does not publish prices for its programmes.
