Privatpraxis am Kosttor

About Privatpraxis am Kosttor
Privatpraxis am Kosttor is a private internal-medicine and endocrinology practice off Maximilianstrasse in central Munich, led by Prof. Dr. med. Markus Stoffel, running a dedicated longevity programme alongside its everyday specialist care.
The longevity workup is built around extensive blood testing and is grouped into five areas the practice names itself: cardiovascular performance testing, hormonal health, metabolic health, the stress system and overnight oxygen supply, and genetic predisposition.
Named tests include:
- an AI-assisted vector ECG (cardisiography, a heart trace interpreted by software) plus spiroergometry, which measures the gases you breathe out during exercise
- an oral glucose tolerance test and a CGM sensor (continuous glucose monitoring, worn for several days)
- metabolome and neurotransmitter analysis, multi-day heart-rate variability recording and overnight pulse oximetry
On the treatment side the practice offers NAD+ and curcumin infusions, micronutrient drips such as vitamin C, glutathione and iron, intermittent hypoxic-hyperoxic training, bioidentical hormone replacement through its endocrinology arm, and lifestyle work covering diet, sleep and stress.
No prices are published. This is a doctor-led self-pay practice rather than a membership club, and the website is German only.
