About Clinique Printemps

Clinique Printemps is a private longevity-medicine practice at 5025 Sherbrooke Street West in Montreal, led by Dr Eva Chadnova, a family physician who also holds a McGill neuroscience PhD. It sells year-long programmes to people who are well rather than sick, and states plainly that its services are not covered or reimbursed by RAMQ, Quebec's public health insurer.

Four programmes are published with prices:

  • Hormone Master, $4,000 for a six-month intensive phase, then $2,500 a year
  • Metabolic Reset, $6,000, then $3,500 a year
  • Cellular Blueprint, $9,000 a year
  • Olympic Leap, $15,000 a year

Testing named on the site includes TruAge epigenetic age estimation (a DNA-methylation test reporting a biological age), EpiSeek liquid biopsy for multi-cancer detection, DUTCH Plus dried-urine hormone mapping, GI-MAP gut microbiome sequencing, full-body MRI, carotid and vascular ultrasound, 24-hour central blood-pressure monitoring, DXA body composition and VO2 max testing. Results feed a tracking tool the clinic calls the Longevity Dashboard, and bioidentical hormone replacement therapy is offered where clinically indicated.

Acceptance is by application only. The site runs in both English and French, and the practice suits self-paying Montrealers who want one physician coordinating a fixed annual testing schedule.
