VIVAMAYR Maria Woerth

About VIVAMAYR Maria Woerth
VIVAMAYR Maria Woerth is a residential medical health resort at Seepromenade 11 on Lake Woerthersee in Carinthia, where every guest is assigned a personal doctor and the minimum stay is seven nights.
Every booking includes the VIVAMAYR PURE core programme: initial and final medical examinations, manual abdominal treatment in the Mayr tradition, acid-base mineral analysis, urine analysis, a heart rate variability reading (how much the gap between heartbeats varies) and movement therapy. One week costs 2,951 euros, two weeks 4,590 euros. Six add-on modules sit on top of it, including Healthy Aging & Longevity at 890 euros and a Health Check at 1,127 euros covering routine blood work, abdominal, thyroid and vascular ultrasound and an ECG.
Individual items are also priced openly:
- standard laboratory with hormonal status, 518 euros
- hydrogen breath tests for fructose, lactose and small intestinal bacterial overgrowth, 71 euros
- doctor-prescribed vitamin and mineral infusions, 130 to 210 euros
- whole-body cryotherapy at minus 110 degrees, 61 euros
- platelet-rich plasma injections, from 198 euros
The medical team is headed by Dr Sepp Bodo Fegerl. This is a residential stay rather than a walk-in clinic, so it suits people prepared to block out a week or more.
