London Regenerative Institute is a longevity and aesthetics clinic at Corinthia London, Whitehall Place, SW1A 2BD. Its site lists sister locations in San Diego, Geneva, Istanbul and Johannesburg.

The clinic's entry point is a Longevity Screening built on epigenetic testing, a laboratory reading of the chemical tags that sit on DNA and shift with age and lifestyle, which it uses to put a biological age next to your calendar age. The same screening covers pace of ageing, telomere length (telomeres are the protective caps on the ends of chromosomes), a mitotic clock reading of how often cells have divided, skin imaging, a 3D body scan and a lifestyle questionnaire.

Under a heading it calls biohacking, the clinic offers intravenous vitamin drips, hyperbaric oxygen therapy (breathing oxygen inside a pressurised chamber), hypoxic training (exercise in low-oxygen air), platelet-rich plasma injections using a concentrate spun from a patient's own blood, and a topical VMP cream.

A separate aesthetics menu covers biofiller, mesotherapy, polynucleotide injections and radiofrequency microneedling with exosomes, for both skin and hair. Packaged protocols and what the clinic calls cellular reprogramming sit alongside them.
