Ayusya Clinic

Ayusya Clinic is a preventative and longevity medicine practice in Eemnes, in the 't Gooi area east of Amsterdam, running since 2010 under physician Henk-Peter Oonk.

A first consultation costs EUR 375 for 90 minutes and covers blood sampling, heart and lung examination, abdomen, blood pressure, body-mass analysis and a VO2 max test, which measures how much oxygen the body can use at maximum effort. Follow-up consultations are EUR 275.

Diagnostics extend further: DNA testing from EUR 399 (EUR 1,250 for the extended panel), blood biomarker panels at roughly EUR 450, microbiome analysis, and biological-age estimates from epigenetic clocks - GrimAge, PhenoAge and TruAge, which read chemical marks on DNA that shift with age and lifestyle. The combined genetic, epigenetic and microbiome test is EUR 2,500, plus EUR 750 a year for the app that tracks it.

On the treatment side the clinic offers bio-identical hormone therapy for women and men, doctor-supervised weight-loss programmes at EUR 250 or EUR 350 a month, red light therapy (EUR 950 for ten sessions), intermittent hypoxic-hyperoxic training or IHHT, an altitude-simulation protocol (EUR 1,350 for ten sessions), intravenous ozone therapy and vitamin injections from EUR 99.

The site calls its prices indicative. Alongside the medical work, therapist Karen de Laat runs acupuncture, fascia and Pilates sessions.
