About Radiant Health

Radiant Health is a naturopathic longevity and hormone clinic at 2137 Lombard Street in San Francisco's Marina district, and it also runs a second location in San Rafael. The practice is physician-guided and organised around what it calls the pillars of longevity medicine: hormone optimisation, biological age testing, nutritional and metabolic support, and cellular therapies.

Hormone work is the clinic's oldest strand. It offers bioidentical hormone replacement therapy for people whose hormone levels have fallen with age, alongside thyroid support, menopause support and women's health services. For measurement rather than estimation, the clinic uses the TruAge epigenetic test, which reads methylation markers - chemical tags that sit on DNA and shift as a person ages - to produce a biological age figure that can be tracked between visits.

The longevity programme also covers NAD+ therapy and targeted peptide protocols, both offered under physician supervision, plus specialty laboratory testing and personalised nutrition and metabolic assessments. Separate programmes run for medical weight loss, including GLP-1 prescribing, and for gut and fertility support.

Radiant Health lists three clinicians on its own site: Dr Kristy Vermeulen, Dr Karmen Gregg and Dr Nazanin Safaei. Enquiries are taken by phone on +1 415-590-2899 or at contact@radianthealthsf.com, and new patients start with a scheduled health strategy call rather than a walk-in appointment.
