About Vital Aging Clinic

Vital Aging Clinic is a doctor-led longevity practice in Noordwijk on the Dutch coast, built around one extensive medical intake rather than one-off treatments.

The intake combines blood work, a body-composition measurement, a VO2 max test - which measures how much oxygen the body can use at maximum effort - and a set of physical tests. DNA, epigenetic (chemical marks on DNA that shift with lifestyle and age) and gut-microbiome analysis are offered on top.

Results feed a personal plan delivered through the NU app, which the clinic says can pull in data from wearables such as Apple Health, Fitbit, Garmin or Oura. A registered dietitian handles nutrition and a personal trainer handles training.

Separate medical tracks sit alongside the longevity programme:

  • hormone therapy for women around the menopause, and testosterone therapy for men where the site says a deficiency is documented
  • weight management supported where appropriate by GLP-1 medicines, the drug class that includes Ozempic and Mounjaro
  • sexual health, skin treatment with the vitamin-A derivative tretinoin, and hair loss

The site runs in Dutch and English and publishes no prices, and the founder is not named on it. This suits someone willing to commit to a monitored programme rather than book a single scan.
