About Cenegenics - Cleveland

Cenegenics Cleveland is a membership practice at 2220 Superior Viaduct. The clinic's own page says it serves greater Cleveland including Westlake, Beachwood and Akron, and puts the centre about 13 miles from Cleveland Hopkins International Airport.

Two physicians are named here. Kelly Roan, DO, is the centre physician; he trained in emergency medicine at University Hospitals / Case Medical Center and founded a Northeast Ohio wellness practice called Vitality Lounge before joining. John Kocka, MD, is listed as a partner physician and has been with Cenegenics since 2012. He completed a family medicine residency at the Cleveland Clinic, holds board certifications in family medicine and in age management and regenerative medicine, and was medical director at NASA's Glenn Research Center. Ben Ringham covers member experience and performance health coaching.

All Cenegenics centres run the same core round of biomarker testing. Cleveland adds:

  • hormone replacement therapy, plus bioidentical hormone therapy that the clinic offers for menopause symptoms
  • VO2 max testing, which measures the most oxygen your body can use while exercising hard
  • DEXA body composition, a low-dose X-ray that separates fat, muscle and bone
  • genetics, nutrigenomic and micronutrient testing
  • cardiovascular and stroke-risk screening, plus exercise physiology testing

The heart-artery CT scan, neck-artery ultrasound and brain EEG that the Chicago centre lists do not appear on Cleveland's page. Prices are not published. The advertised first step is a free 10-minute call, and parking is free.
