Centro Medico BluGallery in San Severino Marche runs Longevity Experience, a set of four preventative pathways coordinated by cardiologist Dr Raul Brambatti.

The clinic is a private diagnostic centre first, booking individual scans from a published price list, with the longevity pathways layered on top. The four are Longevity Baseline Assessment, Precision Longevity Screening and two women's pathways, one for ages 30 to 40 and one for 40 and over.

What they bundle is imaging and cardiology rather than blood chemistry: resting ECG (a trace of the heart's electrical activity), Holter monitoring, echocardiography, abdominal ultrasound, carotid and limb ecocolordoppler (ultrasound of blood flow through arteries), and DEXA body composition scanning (a low-dose X-ray that measures fat, muscle and bone). A stress test or a coronary calcium score (a CT scan counting calcified plaque in the heart arteries) is added where the doctors judge it useful, and each pathway carries nutrition, sleep and activity advice.

The pathways themselves are not priced on the site, though the booking page lists exams and prevention packages from 40 to 390 euros. There is no membership scheme and no residential stay: consultations are booked in person or by telemedicine at an outpatient centre open six days a week.
