Montaigne Sante

Montaigne Santé is a private check-up centre at 53 avenue Montaigne in the 8th arrondissement of Paris, part of the ELSAN hospital group, which compresses a full assessment into half a day.

Six named programmes share one core: full blood and urine analysis, functional tests covering sight, hearing, eye pressure and spirometry (a breathing test measuring lung capacity), a general clinical examination, abdominal, pelvic and thyroid ultrasound, and a cardiologist consultation with cardiac ultrasound. Over-45s are offered a Doppler scan of the neck arteries and a coronary calcium score, which uses a CT (computed tomography) scan to look for calcium deposits in the heart's arteries.

The variants target company directors, private individuals, women (adding mammography, breast ultrasound and HPV testing), smokers (low-dose chest CT), expatriates, and offshore workers under the OGUK standard. Results and a personalised action plan follow within 15 days.

The centre also runs a state-approved international vaccination service and handles medical formalities for insurers. No prices appear on the site - a brochure with tariffs is offered as a download instead. The medical director is named as Adrien Dereix.
