About Longevity Hub by Clinique La Prairie Doha

Longevity Hub by Clinique La Prairie is the Doha outpost of the Swiss clinic Clinique La Prairie, occupying 1,800 square metres inside The St Regis Marsa Arabia on The Pearl.

The offer splits three ways: longevity, wellbeing and aesthetics. The longevity side starts with a Longevity Index assessment and a bespoke itinerary of treatments and coaching, using what the hub calls longevity technologies - cryotherapy (short exposure to sub-zero temperatures), far infrared (long infrared rays), neuro wave stimulation (an acoustic and vibrational relaxation therapy) and a salt lounge - alongside IV (intravenous) drips, nutrition consultations and movement work.

A Movement Lab offers 3D body composition assessment and testing of sporting, cognitive, visual and sensorimotor skills. Three-hour signature experiences - Energize, Rebalance and Glow - bundle an introductory assessment with massages and technology sessions.

Two one-year memberships, Longevity Privilege and Longevity Premium, add two full longevity-status assessments (blood analyses, body composition, heavy metals and vitamins screening, skin analysis), an on-site health concierge and a nutritionist review every three months.

The aesthetics menu runs to injectables, lasers and platelet-rich plasma. No doctors are named on the site, and the only published prices are 850 and 1,050 Qatari riyals for one massage.
