Higher tiers add tests rather than change the format. Master adds brain imaging and a CT scan of the arteries feeding the heart. Elite adds whole genome sequencing, epigenetic testing that estimates biological age, microbiome analysis and a blood test that screens for signals from several cancers at once. Nexus swaps the clinic visit for at-home kits.

This suits someone who wants a detailed one-off picture of their health and is paying privately for it, rather than anyone seeking treatment for a specific complaint. Age Reversal publishes prices by tier on its own site, but the figures in its FAQ and its page descriptions do not agree, so confirm the price and what is included before you book.
